In 2018, having spent years helping others realize their dream homes, Christopher and Jasmine decided it was time to embark on their own home-building journey.

Facing a lack of comprehensive resources to guide them through the process, Jasmine took the initiative to become a licensed realtor, effectively filling the gap. By 2021, their hard work paid off as they purchased a new construction home and invested their commission to personally transform it, bringing their dream to fruition.

Today, they lead a team of skilled professionals at Minor & Major Contracting and Lifestyle Designs. Together, they are dedicated to helping clients create their dream homes, providing comprehensive services in all construction, design, and real estate needs. Grateful for their journey and the support of their clients, they continue to transform living spaces with passion and their expertise.

Minor & Major Contracting and Lifestyle Designs was founded by Christopher Minor and Jasmine Haney-Minor. With a shared love for building, travel, and creating beautiful spaces, they help clients transform their houses into personalized homes.

They established their business after years of honing their skills and expertise. Beginning their journey in 2012, Jasmine gained invaluable project management experience as an Installed Manager at Lowe's, while Chris worked as one of their partner contractors, learning project scheduling, building, and material handling.
